Peter Halloran » Managing Director

With over 40 years of experience with State and Federal Law Enforcement groups within Australia, Peter is a former head of the Victoria Police Homicide Squad where he was responsible for both the investigation of death caused as a result of police action and for looking into cases of missing people suspected to have been murdered.

Peter was also manager of the Victoria Police’s Security and Emergency Response Group where his primary responsibilities were in organizing personal security and protection and in coordinating police reaction to critical incidents including crowd and riot control.

In addition, he acted as the Victoria Police’s Security Advisor to the Victorian State Government.

Peter is an expert at overseeing large projects and major investigations in which he utilizes the latest scientific and intelligence techniques. He is highly skilled in collecting evidence and preparing briefs of admissible evidence for presentation to various courts and tribunals.

Peter is also responsible for training investigators and is a visiting fellow at the National Training of Specialists who manage terrorist incidents within Australia.

Mark Davis » Manager

He is highly adept at being able to collate, process and interpret large volumes of data to assist in intelligence gathering for investigations into corporate fraud and mismanagement.

He has extensive experience in the corporate environment in managing and utilizing high-level intelligence systems to analyze, identify and preserve critical data.

Mark currently holds a Bachelor of Science, a Masters in Science and a Masters in Law.

Alan Bowles » Bachelor of Law

Alan is a former head of the Major Fraud Group in the Victoria Police.

He is an experienced investigator in the commercial environment and as such is highly skilled in investigating fraud and cases of corporate mismanagement.

He is also an experienced prosecutor and is proficient in dispute resolution and collating evidence for litigation.
